If you’ve decided to stop using your VawzenGaming account, you can request to permanently close it – no pressure, no questions asked.
This option is for players who want to stop playing but do not require a Responsible Gambling self-exclusion.
How to Request Account Closure
Check your account balance.
If you have funds available, set a 6-month Cooldown first via Profile > Player Care > Casino Cooldown.
Request a withdrawal for your remaining balance.
Send an email to: support@vawzengaming.com
Use the subject line: “Request to Close My Account.”
You must email us from the registered email address linked to your account.
⚠️ For your security, we can only process closure requests made from the registered email address.
Important Notes
If you have funds to withdraw, we may require KYC verification before closing your account.
Once closed, you will not be able to log in or reopen the account unless deemed eligible in the future.
This process is different from Self-Exclusion, which is specifically for Responsible Gambling support.
What Happens to My Data?
Some account information is securely retained after closure in line with legal and regulatory requirements, including:
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance
Responsible Gaming monitoring
Fraud prevention
Your data will not be used for marketing after closure.
