How to Withdraw Before Self-Exclusion
Before we apply a permanent self-exclusion, please follow these steps:
Log in to your account.
Go to Profile > Player Care > Casino Cooldown and set a 6-month cooldown.
This temporarily blocks gameplay but still allows you to log in and withdraw funds.
Go to Profile > Withdrawal and request your withdrawal.
Once submitted, our team will:
✅ Assist with any required KYC verification.
✅ Process your withdrawal.
✅ Apply permanent self-exclusion and deactivate your account only after withdrawals are completed.
To request self-exclusion, please email support@vawzengaming.com from your registered email address.
After Self-Exclusion Is Applied
You will no longer be able to log in.
Deposits and gameplay will be permanently blocked.
Withdrawals can only be completed by emailing support if you didn’t withdraw beforehand.
KYC verification will still be required if it hasn’t already been completed.
Your Funds Are Always Protected
We recommend that you:

✅ Withdraw any remaining balance.
