Cryptocurrency deposits work differently from card or e-wallet payments. If your crypto deposit hasn’t appeared yet, it’s usually due to one of the reasons below.
Please review each section carefully before contacting support.
Amount below the minimum
Each cryptocurrency has a minimum deposit amount.
If you send less than the minimum shown on your deposit page, the transaction cannot be processed or credited.
What to do:
Check the minimum amount before sending
Make sure the full amount is sent in a single transaction
Network congestion
Some blockchain networks may slow down or require higher fees during busy periods, which can delay confirmations.
What to do:
Allow extra time for confirmations
Consider using a different cryptocurrency if delays continue
Wrong crypto address
Cryptocurrency transactions are permanent.
If funds are sent to the wrong address, they cannot be recovered.
What to do:
Copy the address directly from your deposit page
Always double-check the address before confirming the transaction
Wrong currency or wrong network
Each deposit address supports one specific currency and one specific network only.
Examples:
Send BTC only to a BTC address
Send USDT only on the network shown on the deposit page
Sending the wrong coin or using the wrong network will result in lost funds.
Not using your unique deposit address
Your deposit address is unique to your account.
What to do:
Use the exact address shown on your deposit page
Or scan the QR code directly
Do not reuse old addresses from previous deposits
Your deposit will appear after at least one blockchain confirmation.
Transaction still pending
If the network is busy, your transaction may still be waiting for confirmations.
What to do:
Check the transaction status in your wallet
Allow additional time for confirmations to complete
