Sometimes a bet may not settle the way you expected – it could be marked as lost or voided. Here’s what each means and the most common reasons why it happens.
Losing a Bet – What It Means
A bet is considered lost when the outcome you predicted does not happen.
Examples:
You bet on Barcelona to win, but they draw → Lost
You bet Over 2.5 Goals, but the match ends 1–1 (2 goals total) → Lost
Always check the final match result and the market rules (e.g. whether extra time is included).
What Does “Void” Mean?
A void bet means your wager is cancelled and your stake is returned – as if the bet never happened.
Common reasons include:
Match cancellation or postponement – If the event is abandoned or not completed within the settlement window.
Player doesn’t participate – For example, if you bet on a goal scorer who didn’t play.
Technical or duplicate error – Rarely, a system issue or duplicate bet may result in a void.
When a bet is voided, your stake is refunded – usually shortly after the event.
Combo and System Bets
In a Combo Bet, if one selection is void, it is simply removed and the remaining selections continue.
In a System Bet, void selections are also removed, and the rest of the combinations settle normally.
Unexpected Outcome?
If you think your bet was settled incorrectly:
Check the official match result and stats.
Review the market rules for that bet.
Confirm whether the player or team actually participated.
Still unsure? Contact Support with your Bet ID – the team will review it for you.
