What Is a Cooldown?

How to Set a Cooldown

1. Log in and click your Profile icon (top right corner).

2. Go to Player Care.

3. Scroll down to Casino Cooldown.

4. Choose the duration you want.

5. Click Confirm Timeout.

Your cooldown will begin immediately.

Cooldown Options Available

You can choose a break of:

• 1 day

• 3 days

• 1 week

• 1 month

• 3 months

• 6 months

There’s no limit to how often you can take a cooldown – use it anytime you need a break.

What Happens During a Cooldown?

• You can still log in and view your balance and account details.

• You cannot deposit, play games, or claim bonuses.

• The cooldown cannot be lifted early – it will automatically expire once the set time is over.
