Common Reasons Your Documents Might Be Rejected

• Blurry or unreadable image
  If the text or photo isn’t clear, we can’t verify it.

• Cropped document or missing corners
  All four edges must be visible – we need to see the full document.

• Expired ID
  Only valid, in-date documents can be accepted.

• Mismatched address or name
  If your document details don’t match your account, you’ll need to provide updated documentation that matches your account.
  If the difference is due to a name change or recent move, include a brief explanation.

How to Fix & Re-Upload

1. Take a clear photo in good lighting against a clean background.

2. Make sure your document is valid and up to date.

3. Double-check that you’re uploading the correct document type (e.g., Proof of ID vs Proof of Address).

Ready to Try Again?

1. Log in to your VawzenGaming account.

2. Go to Profile > Verification.

3. Re-upload the corrected document under the appropriate category.
