What You’ll Need for Verification
Proof of Identity
Provide a valid copy of one of the following:
Passport
National ID card
Driver’s licence (both sides)
Document requirements: Must be clear, in colour, and show all four corners.
Proof of Address
Provide a document dated within the last 90 days that shows your full name and address, such as:
Utility bill (gas, electricity, internet)
Bank or credit card statement
Official government letter
Proof of Payment
We must confirm the payment method is in your name.
The exact document depends on the deposit or withdrawal method you use (see checklist below).
Selfie Holding Your ID (If Requested)
Sometimes we may request a selfie of you holding the ID you uploaded.
This is more likely for larger withdrawals or if we need to confirm it’s really you.
Verification Document Checklist (by Payment Method)

Document Tips
All files must be clear, in colour, and show the full page or screen (no cropped edges).
Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, PDF
Max file size: 5 MB per file
We cannot accept blurry, black-and-white, or edited files.
How to Upload Your Documents
Log in to your {{brand.name}} account.
Click Profile (top right corner).
Go to Verification.
Follow the upload steps.
You can start playing immediately, but your documents must be uploaded and approved before you can withdraw winnings.
